“Ryan Ketcham demonstrated exemplary character and integrity as an individual and as a company through the quality of his work and the manner in which he went about his process. Ryan’s expertise was evident as he quickly assessed and then proposed a solution to address a constant ice damming problem on a relative flat part of our roof that resulted in significant leak problems every year. Once the problem was diagnosed, a very fairly priced remedial plan was quickly outlined and he diligently worked through the cold weather until completion. Detailed progress reports were provided on a daily basis. Any cost adjustments due to unexpected problems were clearly communicated, quoted and approved before the work was performed – there were no surprises!
In addition to the excellence of his finished product, Ryan was very pleasant and very particular about the “little things” that were not expected and easily could have gone unnoticed:
- Detailed clean-up after each day – unless we specifically told him our “in-house/kid” work crew would complete this project;
- Sensitivity to the activities going on inside the house while they were working (we have 8 kids);
- Very clear communication of expectations before, during the process and after completion; and,
- Very pleasant personality that was enjoyable to work with and have around my family.
