No matter what the large companies promise, most rely heavily on subcontractors and a constantly rotating workforce to keep up with demand. In today’s roofing industry, that approach has become common—but it’s not how we operate.
Your lifetime warranty is only as strong as the character and competence of the people actually installing your roof. That includes not just the owner or salesperson, but every individual performing the work on your home.
As companies grow quickly, they often become more dependent on simply finding labor—any labor—to keep jobs moving. Even with the best intentions, maintaining consistent quality becomes extremely difficult under those conditions.
This is exactly why our company is structured differently. We grow carefully and maintain direct oversight of the work being done so that the promises we make to customers can actually be fulfilled—without compromise.

My commitment has always been simple: never fill a position just to fill it. The culture that allows us to deliver a consistent customer experience is too important to compromise. Every hire is made with patience and precision.
If demand grows faster than our team, we don’t rush to add bodies or outsource work just to keep up. When I started the company, I personally handled every project to ensure quality control. Today, I still take the same approach—growing slowly and carefully so that the standards our customers expect never slip.
Just as important, I genuinely care about our customers. My goal is to make sure you’re fully informed about your options, including the pros and cons of each. We won’t spin the story to avoid the more tedious—but better—approach, and we won’t upsell you on something you don’t need. We believe in doing things the right way, even when it takes more effort.

We offer a 10-year Workmanship Warranty. If at any point during this time you have an issue due to improper workmanship, we will fix the problem free of charge. No need for fine print.
