No matter what the big companies say, they will be relying on unvetted sub contractors and a rapidly turning over work force to get your job done. That is simply inevitable these days in the roofing industry. I will NEVER do this.
Your lifetime warranty is as good as the character and competence, not only of the owner and sales person, but of each and every laborer performing each and every task on your new roofing project. Roofing does not attract the best of the best tradesmen. At the same time, the bigger the company is, the more rapid their growth is, the more desperate they become to simply find labor, any labor, to get the job done. No matter what the intentions of the owner, you simply can not guarantee quality under these conditions. This is the heart and soul of why I do what I do. I am committed to a structure that enables promise fulfillment, without compromise.
Customer Satisfaction
My commitment is to never simply fill a position. The company culture that enables a consistent customer experience won’t be compromised. I hire only with patience and precision. If I only have a certain level of highly qualified manpower and am getting more work than I can handle I will still not simply fill the position or find a sub crew to get the work done. I started by doing all the work myself to perfectly manage quality control and now I make each new hire carefully and slowly so that no compromise will begin to creep in.
I actually care that customers are taken care of. I want you always fully informed of all the pros and cons of your own particular options without spinning the story to avoid doing things the more tedious but excellent way or to upsell you on something unnecessary.

After nearly 10 years witnessing all that can go wrong with subcontractors, it became clear that our business model needed to be different. Our customers deserve better. We do all of our roofing work with in house employees. Why does this matter?
It gives us the unique opportunity to truly control quality. We have a thorough, streamlined, carefully-documented and tracked training program in place that enables consistent predictable results. We call this our Black Belt complete roofer training system.

We offer a 10-year Workmanship Warranty. If at any point during this time you have an issue due to improper workmanship, we will fix the problem free of charge. No need for fine print.
